We are pleased to announce that this year Lakewood Cheder /Bais Faiga will be providing free lunch with no need to fill out a lunch application.  If you are interested in receiving Summer EBT benefits, worth approximately $121 per school  child, please complete the Summer EBT Application which is linked to the above Tab: ‘Summer EBT’. Only send back a application if you know you’re eligible, based on the Income Chart below. Please ensure the following when filling out the application:

 1)      Include ALL dependents in Part 1 including those in other schools . If you need more space, you can include a 2nd page with their names.

2)      Do not write ANY comments by income, such as “ parsonage” “income fluctuates”. If there is an error, use a new application; do not cross out or use white-out.

3)      Sign  your name and write your S.S. number.

4)      When done, mail back your application to Attn: Rabbi Nussbaum, Lakewood Cheder School, P.O. Box 838, Lakewood, N.J. 08701. We will inform you if you’re eligible for Summer EBT.
