2025 Summer Food Service Program

 

Lakewood Cheder School participates in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided at a first-come, first-serve basis at the sites and times as follows:

 Lakewood Cheder School (Vassar), 725 Vassar Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

Dates of Operation: July 31 through Aug 28, 2025, Monday through Friday. Lunchtime starts at 11:45AM and ends at 1:00 PM. Supplement starts at 3:20 PM and ends at 4:20. There are no supplements on Fridays.

Bais Faiga School, 350 Courtney Rd, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

Dates of Operation: July 1 through Aug 22 2025, Monday through Friday, Lunchtime starts at 11:30 AM  and ends at 1:30 PM. Supplement starts 2:30 PM and ends at  3:30 PM. There are no supplements on Fridays.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
